How do I turn off the low stock banners for my Square Online site items?

Hi,

How do I turn off the low stock banner? All my items are one of a kind so less than 5 in stock, and the unsightly 'low stock' red banner is annoying.

Is there a fix?

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Square Community. ✨ 

You can turn off the low stock banner for your site items by following the steps below: 

1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard, and go to Sales Channels > Online > Shared Settings > Item Preferences.
2. Across from Item Statuses, click the Edit button.
3. Toggle off Low inventory indicator.

Hi,

Thank you! Unfortunately I don't seem to have that option?

Under Sales channels it has Meta for business, order with Google, Facebook food ordering. The under that is settings, but that just has general, checkout, customer accounts etc.

Apologies for the confusion - the Sales channels page you're referring to is a different page.

If you go to Online > Shared Settings > Item Preferences, can you see the Low inventory indicator toggle?

I'm just not seing anything past the 'online' banner 🫣

No shared settings etc

Sorry about that @ellicreates! Looks like our Dashboard's are a little different. 

If you go to Online > Items > Item Preferences, the Low inventory indicator toggle should be on that page. I recommend signing in to your Square Dashboard on a web browser to turn this setting off.

If you're still unable to find the Item Preferences page, please reply with a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end, and I can take a closer look. 🙂
