How do I turn off text marketing collection at Checkout in Online Store?

Hi folks! I'd appreciate some help please. The Message Square currently isn't working.

 

In my Square store at checkout, on the payment screen, there's a feature that says "Stay in Touch" and has a toggle to opt in to text messages for marketing. I don't market via text message, and I don't plan to. I sell art prints so email is my preferred method.

 

My questions are:

How do I turn this off?

How do I add opt-in for collecting emails for marketing?
