Hi @Forestfables,

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community!

While it wouldn't be possible to prevent international customers from viewing your Online store, you can customise your shipping profile to prevent customers outside the UK from placing an order.

  1. From your Square Online Overview page, go to Fulfilment > Shipping.
  2. Under “Shipping profiles”, select Add shipping profile.
  3. Enter a name for the profile and choose Default (all items) as your profile type.
  4. Select +Add countries and tick any countries you’ll ship to. Select Done.
  5. Select Add rate to choose a rate option from the dropdown menu. Complete all other details and select Done.
  6. Review your profile and select Save when finished.

In the example below I've set a Shipping Profile to cover the UK only, so any customers entering a non-UK address would see an error at checkout to explain that their shipping address is not supported.

If you're selling non-physical items, you can also control weather or not they are available for international purchase.
