There seems to be a glitch in the software that lets people see items in my square inventory that I don't necessary want to be shown on my website. When an item is clicked on the site instead of taking the visitor back to the previous page it leaves them on a page that shows all my square inventory.
An example is if someone clicks on the twist top boxes,
then clicks the box with a sea turtle to look at it, it shows the item but behind it loads some kind of master inventory page.
When the pop up window is closed it doesn't take the visitor back to the twist top box page it just leaves them on the inventory page.
I have no clue if this is something I've set up wrong or how to fix it. But I think it makes it harder for customers as they probably get lost on the site especially if on a smart phone.
Hello @woody2799 and welcome back to the Square Community!
The first two screenshots you shared are really tiny, so unfortunately, I can't really see what's going on there. Is it possible for you to repost these in a larger size, so I can have a better view?
If you don't want these items displayed on your site, you can set the items to "hidden", by following the steps listed here.
I'll keep an eye out for your reply!
Some of the items I'm unlikely to make and sell again so I've just been deleting them.
