How do I set up on-line shipping for medium size bubble mailers

I am challenged. I see I can set up shipping and for specific regions. Great!  How do I select or enter bubble mailers for the shipment part. I see a standard box.  I don't know how to enter the bubble mailer. I don't see a chat box to trouble shoot.

📦 How to Add a Shipping Box Template in Square

1. Log into your Square Dashboard
2. Click Settings
3. Select Fulfillment Methods
4. Click Shipping
5. Find and click Shipping Boxes
6. In the top right corner, click Add Box Template
7. Enter the box details (name, dimensions, and weight)
8. Click Save
