How do I return my square stand.

When trying to fill out the return form, it is not accepting my order number 

It appears as though it wants a US number but mine is CA

I have made sure to go on the Canadian site but every time it redirects me to the return form which says US

This sounds interesting, indeed. Is it possible that your original Square Stand order is passed the 30-day return timeline? This would cause your order number to be unable to process.

If you're within the return timeline and are still experiencing issues, we would recommend attempting the return process on either a new web browser (preferably, Google Chrome) or trying a new device altogether.
