I'm having trouble with my items showing up under the categories in my dropdown menu on my online store. For example, when you click "Shop all," it says "page not found," or when you click "Tumblers," it says "page not found." When I add items to my store, I add the location and reporting category. Is this not the way to link them under the categories on my shop?

Regarding the issues with your Square Online Store, could you try reverting your site to default? (Online > Website > Site Preferences > reset to default). Please note: This will require you to rebuild any Standard Pages you're created, and re-establish your navigation links, but this should properly restore your Shop page.

@Hercustom Here are some troubleshooting steps with categories as well.
1. Assign “Site Categories"
To make items appear under your online store categories:
Go to Square Dashboard → Items & Orders → Items
Click an item (e.g., a tumbler)
Scroll to Online Store Settings
Under Category, choose the SITE CATEGORY where you want it to appear
➜ Example: “Tumblers,” “Drinkware,” “Accessories,” etc.
Save
This is what links items to your website navigation.
2. Make sure your site categories actually exist
Check your website’s category list:
Go to Square Online → Items → Site Categories
Ensure your categories are listed (Shop All, Tumblers, etc.)
If they don't exist, create them here
Drag items into the correct category if needed
If these don't work, please try reverting back to the default settings like Violet has suggested above!
