Hi - when a scheduled order comes in, it doesn't print automatically so it's easy to miss orders. How do I get them to print automatically, say, 30 minutes before the order is supposed to be picked up?

Scheduled orders are currently set up to print automatically according to your set prep time. If your prep time is 30 minutes, the order ticket should print 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, as long as you don’t tap “Mark as In Progress” or “Mark as Ready” or anything else.
