How do I get my store to activate the shipping I set up? I have a flat rate plus a few variables but my store just keeps giving everyone free shipping. Yay for them. Not so much for me. Help!

It sounds like your shipping settings might not be fully applied to your store.

 

Here are a few things to check:

 

  1. Verify Shipping Rules: Go to Square Online > Fulfillment > Shipping and make sure your flat rate and variable rates are properly set up.
  2. Check Item Settings: Ensure that each item is set to require shipping and not marked as “free shipping.”
  3. Review Shipping Profiles: If you have multiple shipping profiles, confirm that they are correctly assigned to the right locations and products.
  4. Test Checkout: Try placing a test order to see if shipping charges apply correctly.
