I do not provide "free shipping", but for some reason, about 3 months ago, my site showed that shipping is free. I reported this to Square. They said there was a bug and they would be working on it asap. Here it is January '24 and still no fix- in fact they closed my case because they said they had not heard from me in 2 weeks. Well, they have heard from me a few times!! over the course of these [ast wonths. I was told "they" would be in contact with me when they had a fix! They closed my case and say I have to submit another ticket! Has anyone had this happen to them? I can't fix to "Real time shipping" at my end.
