How do I find the all time unused gift card total

How do I get a report that shows the monthly activity as well as the outstanding balance of all unused gift cards. It used to show the monthly activity as well as the all time outstanding balance of gift cards.

Hi @tjsmwjn it still does but it may be in a different view than before I honestly can't remember. Under Items and Services in your Dashboard when you click Gift Cards you can go to the Overview and put in a specific date range or monthly but it also lists the outstanding all time.

I don't find the outstanding all time. I've been selling cards for 8 years.

When I sell my business, how will I know my liability for outstanding cards?

You can see it in the exact screen @MudFire_Dex said to go:
Items & Services -> Gift Cards -> Overview

At the very top it has in $:

Activations (last 30 days) - Redemptions (last 30 days) - Outstanding (all time)

The Outstanding (all time) is the one you're looking for.
