How do I communicate we are not accepting orders without unpublishing my Square Online website?

The title of this post has been edited from the original: using square online (weekly) how do I communicate the restaurant is sold out without unpublishing

 

Customers are irritated and claiming we look disorganized when our small pop up sushi bar sells out of pre-orders in one day (we are only open a few days a week) how can I stop any orders from coming in without un publishing the site? It will have to be obvious we are sold out as well. I really don't want to have to void our hours every week to try an accomplish this. Any and all help is greatly appreciated

Hi there @Cyndi2 

You can toggle off the Accept online orders option under Settings > Checkout - this should help!
 

 

Alternatively, if you utilize the inventory features to track inventory related to online sales, your item will display as Out of stock once you have received all of the orders you are able to fulfill:
