I am trying to cancel my online site, I am being charged $9 a month with nothing showing online.  I went to account settings, there is no option for my services or payment methods.  Is there an email so I can get assistance in resolving this?

I have an attention disorder, and it has been very difficult to keep track of things, and I might need a bit more assistance than the average individual.

I would like to know A) how to access, or understand the accessing of a domain name I purchased through square if I am going to or have already cancelled my square account. I think square if great...it is just more than I need.

I am confused about what happens with the domain name I purchased through square. I did purchase it through, not from, square, correct?  I've had my paid account for just about 2 weeks. I thought of a domain name, but want to leave square and take that domain with me.

These answers are imprecise, and I need help. The source of my confusion is that the semantics, or the words used, differ.
I am a layperson and not employed by square. I don't have my own thread. In fact, I abhor threads as a means of solving problems.

  • How am I to understand A) cancelling my month-to-month payments and account with square while B) ensuring that the domain name I purchased through square will be available to me when I transfer it to another web building platform.

Answering that will be enough. If you wish for me to expound on the source of my confusion, I have done so below. Maybe it can be an opportunity to teach something valuable. Please help!

--------------------------

Why I am confused:

Cancelling my domain name purchase, as used in a woman's original question,  uses the word CANCEL, not SUBSCRIPTION.  The word that I see when I follow exactly what you say to do, after clicking the manage link, takes me to a page that says, "You're subscribed to the CustomDomainWhois plan.

Then it gives me a choice of unsubscribing.  But what does that mean? I cannot be sure from the language.

Cancel and subscribe are two different words with different meanings.

What am I doing when I unsubscribe? Do I still have access to my domain so I may transfer it to another web building platform? I just purchased it through square on April 22 of this year.
Other conceptual questions: Does the domain only exist through square? Does the domain name, and access to it, exist within square until I transfer it for use with another web builder?  My question is how to do something, and I am unsure if what I am doing is protecting my domain name and leaving, or if I am barring access to it by cancelling all and everything.

I have health issues and can no longer sew. I need to close my store soon (I am hoping current inventory will sell). I see where I can do that. But I am not sure how to cancel the domain name I created when I joined but have never used. sewsimplyusa.com it is up for renewal, I think in May. Will it automatically cancel when I close my store? Thanks for your help.

Hello!  I purchased two domains by mistake. Is it possible to get a refund for the tainacoachingandtrainingllc.com domain? I will keep tainacoachingllc.com.
