How do I cancel a zero-dollar order?

I cannot seem to cancel any items or orders where there was no payment made, How can I work around this?

@nicholasfeigen Have you just tried hitting cash? if this was on the point of sale? or is it an online order?

I’m trying to cancel an online order... it’s a free support item with free shipping.  One customer ordered twice accidentally and I need to cancel one, but it won’t let me!
