How come I unable to install communication widget on site?

before the latest or newest update happened this summer,  I had 4 different channels on my previous site (free plan) also I myself added code in emded codes in setting. now im confused since its different and support team never helped me since two months about that. im so frustrated because when I was on paid plans and free plan, theres only one facebook messenger which sucks for leads and marketing anyway. any one who has idea how to do or did I miss something?

If you click here, you will be able to find a list of Square's Online plans as well as the features that come with each plan. Our software and features are always improving, which also comes with changes in prices. 

Being able to use embedded code and widgets from 3rd party sites is now a paid feature.

@Summer2024  thanks for replying me. However I found square support from twitter because they replied so fast like less than few hours. Not longer than 24-48 hours from email. Anyway they recommended me 2 communicative widgets. Live chat and tidio. I liked the most 2: tidio and JivoChat because of Apple business chat. 

i installed Chatway. It’s okay. Because it’s very new and not ready for square online. Yet jivochat, instagram and Apple business chat were pretty ready. 

I still don’t know why square online doesn’t support Apple business chat and JivoChat anymore. They were awesome and champ. 

anyway the link you gave me was nothing about chat widgets…

@Summer2024 its okay. I still like square system. Just disappointed since the update last winter that made some widgets and other few parts were gone without warning me about future update. I had many visitors and customers in accounts but when they were gone, I unable to access it and export them of accounts. Because they were all free and now they are not free anymore, I had to upgrade square online. Now it’s even great unlike my first 3 years of free square online….i hope someone knows and tells me that I install or add…..please let me know. None of square support team are aware of my old favorite widgets I used on free online before. 

right now free plan on square online doesn’t support widgets anymore. I don’t get it.
