Customer cannot enter State when ordering online. It only allows it to default to Alabama. Customer is trying to order in the same state as the business, but in a different zip code. It doesn't let them enter the state. Does anyone know why?

The only similar issue I had was that someone ordered shipping and it defaulted to the state of Alabama. I actually knew the buyer so I knew the state was supposed to be CA so I shipped it to CA.
This new customer said it would not let her choose any state at all for shipping, so she just chose pick up instead and then contacted me to pick it up. I don't know if she used a phone or computer.
