I need to know how to void a shipment, the shipping label has already been created so the status shows as complete but I have no way to void the item. Can someone please help me I need to void two items ASAP.
First navigate to your Online Store dashboard and click Orders. Click on the order in question to open the Order Details page. You should then see a refund option in the top right corner. You can check/uncheck the items you need to refund before submitting.
The shipping label will automatically refund as credit to your Shippo account if the label is not scanned within 2 weeks. If you setup a UPS account through Square then the label will not be billed to you if it is not scanned and shipped through their system.
