How can I organize sales from different websites and on-site?

I'm about to transition from three Weebly sites to Square Online. Until now, I've used Square as payment for our in-shop transactions, and a different processor for online sales. It was really easy to differentiate how the sales had occurred. If I use Square as payment for two different Square Online stores as well as for sales here, will it still be clear in the sales reports which sales happened where? I'm hopeful that consolidation will lead to clarity rather than confusion. (question from a newbie)

You can filter sales and transactions by source (online vs. in-store) and by location. Is that what you're looking for?

Thank you! I know I should just be patient and wait to see what happens when I transfer my websites, but that issue was one I was really curious about. There's so much to learn!
