How can I edit the information for my online store's Location & Hours section?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Incorrect phone number on our website.

Hi. We have two shops and these have individual phone numbers. They are both showing on our website in the contacts page with the correct address but the phone number is the same. I have checked locations and they have the correct phone numbers. Does anyone know if this information is taken from the locations section of the back end or is this information entered somewhere else to populate the fields for it to show on the website? Would appreciate any help. Thanks, Jason

Hi @Ethellovesme 😊

You can either pre-fill your Location & Hours sections with information synced from your Square account's Locations profiles (Settings > Account & Settings > My business > Locations), or you can enter the details manually.

Since both locations are showing the same number despite having different numbers in each Locations profile, try these steps:

  1. Log in to your Square Dashboard and go to Sales Channels > Square Online > Website > Edit Site.
  2. In the Site Editor, open your Contact Us page and click the Location & Hours section you want to update.
  3. From the Select location dropdown, choose “I’ll enter this information myself,” then type in the correct phone number and details for that location.
  4. Click Publish to see your changes live.
