How can I disable an announcement banner or pop-up on my Square Online site?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: How to remove announcement.

I put a banner pop up announcement for “last orders for Christmas delivery” but now can’t figure out how to remove it! It’s March now…

You can follow the steps below to disable any active pop-ups and/or announcement banners on your Square Online site:

1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard, and go to Sales Channels > Online > Communications > Pop-Ups.
2. Under Created Pop-Ups, locate your active banner and click ( ... ) > Remove from Site.
