Thank you for the response. I was going to ask how you knew the site was on WiX, and then I took a closer look at the site and saw the footer. The article's author must not have been paying attention.
We're currently on WiX, but are considering moving the store to Square Online for the synergy, since we already use Square for online payment processing and POS.
After spending a day on it, I must say that I am completely and utterly unimpressed with Square Online. It's just garbage. I would be embarrassed if I worked for Square. Sales support is poor as well. I submitted a couple of questions to sales last week and have heard nothing back. Does Square even care about Online?
I'll say this... WiX is 100x better than Square Online and I don't even like WiX.
