How can I change an order after it's been placed by a customer?

Is there way to change an order once it is placed?  For example a customer has purchased Design A, but would like to change to Design B before we've shipped.

Hi @handmadebyavery! 

If you need to change the order and also have it reflect your inventory, you'd need to refund the customer and have them reorder the correct item.
