Help with Weebly billing issue

Help! My Weebly site was deactivated due to a chargeback which was in error. I need to get back on to enter a new credit card number. I had almost finished the site and was ready to launch. When I try to log on, it will not let me on Weebly. It continually takes me back to the log-in screen.  I need to fix this ASAP. The web launch event is scheduled in two weeks.

@JillHart this sounds like an account issue that is best handled with a call to the Square customer support team.

I have tried that. No luck! They just send me in circles. I am about to deactivate Square too and just start over with a new web software. This is so frustrating.

Thank you for helping! I am hoping someone from Square that is tied into Weebly will chime in. 

This was a beautiful website for a book written by a retired Chicago police officer, 32 years on the force. I am sick over it being simply deactivated and gone.

@JillHart totally understand how you must feel, especially as the subject is important to you. It's frustrating when you put the time in and the last hurdle slows you down. Keep on the case, I'm sure they will get this resolved one way or another. Good luck with this!

Just one thought @JillHart , have you thought about redoing the site using Square online? I have been here before, and normally the second time to make the site is much quicker. Square Online is a really intuitive platform and may be well worth a little play with before giving it a go. The basic plan is free and will work well with a basic website design.

I thought about that. I am going hopefully get his website back up. It had some really cool elements. My fingers are crossed that someone helps me.
