Help, Please!Customer failed to make payment via Apple Pay.

Hi my customer complaint me unable to make payment via Apple Pay via mobile. I totally have no ideas what happen of it. She told me that tried 3 times, keeping repeat back to check out section. Help please

Regrettably, from our end, we lack the capability to diagnose the specific reasons behind the card not going through or troubleshoot the customer's phone. Our suggestion, in this case, would be to consider an alternative payment method and, if applicable, encourage the customer to try tapping/inserting the card if it is physically present.

Hi @sayra It occurred at square online check-out. We did setup them followed at our article on how to "Accept Payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay on Square Online." as pictured attached. As far as I can, Google Pay & Apple Pay are active on your account. 

 

We'd suggest asking your customer if they saw any particular error message and then also reach out to our support team directly so that they can try to locate this transaction and figure out exactly what may have happened.
