Help! I need to suspend my site for maintenance...

I need to take my site down for maintenance.... Is there a way to do that where a nice message pops up and says we will be back shortly?

@Avalonjxn Just create a new page and DO NOT add it to the navigation bar. Say what you want to on it. Remove all other blocks like menu bars or footers for now. Mark that new page as your home page. Then publish.

After you have your site ready to go, re-mark your Home page as the usual Home page, delete the temporary page, and publish again.

@Avalonjxn Oh… and if you have a square Online store you want to disable, don’t forget to turn off orders temporarily.

I figured out how to disable it for sales.  Now I need to know what is the best way to import pictures of my items. This site will only be available until Nov 2.  It's strictly for a fund raising event.
