Hi everyone. I need help with service images showing up on the booking/appointments page.
I uploaded images for each of our massage service offerings, but when on the bookings page for appointments - the services all show up, but not the images I uploaded for each of them.
I cannot find a slider or area where this option is in the editor - but can find all the other sliders to display or not display service elements (like the title, description, price, etc)
Hi there, @shawna_kaslo,
We can take a look at this for you! Can you please provide the domain tied to your website so we can take a closer look?
I have the same issue. Was there a resolution?
Mine is www.alouettedrones.ca
Thank you!
Hi @alouettedrones, thanks for posting 👋.
I just took a look at your website, and was able to see the images associated with each service. Is the issue still happening on your end ? If so could you share a screenshot ?
Hello. Thanks for the reply.
On the Appointments page, I can see the thumbnail for each service, and the abridged description.
But when I click on the service, I only see the plain Service description with no images.
I added a couple of images to some of the services, but I see no page that does show those images.
I guess the link did not work in my reply.
Thanks for clarifying, @alouettedrones!
This is actually the expected behavior for the online booking flow. Service images and descriptions are displayed on your Services page. Once a customer clicks the 'Book' button, they will see your service menu in a simplified list format. If a customer selects a service directly from the Services page, they should see the service name and description, but the image will not be displayed.
Hopefully, we'll be able to offer more customization options in future versions of the online booking site! 🤞 For now, based on your description, it is functioning as designed.
If there's anything else we can assist with, please don't hesitate to let us know!
Thank you for the reply.
Perhaps you could clarify the use of the images in the Services?
When in the "Edit Service" form, we can upload more than one photo and select one of them as the primary.
Can you explain how/where the non-primary photos are used? They don't seem to have a useful purpose other than storage.
