Having trouble with products not showing up on website?

I have had troubles with products not showing on website even though they say they are visible in the past and had to duplicate and delete original for it to work in the past, but the last 24 hours I have had this trouble with 4 items that some are still not working after trying to duplicate them and on top of that items I have deleted are still on the website and causing an error when clicked on.

 

Does anyone have any advise? I have waisted so much time and am tempted to just go back to shopify, even though I do really like the square set up..

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with your site items, I can appreciate your frustration here.

What you've described is certainly unusual behaviour and we wouldn't expect to see a recurring issue like this on your Square Online site. With this in mind, have you had a chance to reach out to our Support Team yet?


This is something that our team can look into quickly from their end to determine what is causing these issues with item visibility. If you have examples you can share with our team showing the error when clicked on, this will help them to narrow down the root cause.

In terms of general troubleshooting in the meantime, the first thing we'd get you to check is your Item Sync settings and ensure you have newly added items set to show as 'Visible'. 

Beyond this, we'd need access to your Square Online Dashboard in order to troubleshoot further. When you have a moment, please get in touch with our Support Team and feel free to reach back out to us here if they are able to provide a solution for this issue.
