We have a shop and can't presently take a credit card payment over the phone. I know this has been a known issue for a while and would like to know if it has been resolved. If so, what do we need to do on our ipad and stand. Thanks for your help.

It'd be best to contact our direct CS team if you've updated your apps already and this issue is still persisting because a fix was put into place a few updates ago.
Our direct CS team can file a ticket for you with engineering to look into it on the back-end.
