HELP - I set up Plan and Toggle for Link but it is not allowing customers to buy

I need some help. I followed the directions for a Plan and to get link for customers to order a Subscription Box from our link as below.

1. You can allow customers to subscribe to the plan via an online checkout link. Toggle on Checkout link to create a checkout link you can share with your customers through email, social media, SMS, or your website.

When customers enter their information IT DOES NOT WORK?

Does someone have a solution?
