G Suite Subsription Overdue

Hello,

 
I have received an email saying that my G Suite subscription is overdue. When I click through to the link it says that I need to update my billing information. However, when I click through to do this, there is no clear way of doing this.
 
Please can you help advise? As I don’t want to lose access to my G Suite and emails.

Let me know if the following steps work for you: 

  1. In your Square Online Overview page, go to Website > Domains.
  2. Under the domain related to your email address, select Manage > Activate email.
  3. Confirm the email address(es) you wish to renew.
  4. Select Purchase to finish.

If you encounter any errors in step #4, you’ll need to go to the Account settings area of your Square Online Overview page to add or change the payment method on file for your Google Workspace service. Once complete, go back to step #2 to retry the renewal process.
