Fullfilment Help!

All of a sudden everytime someone orders theyre getting this message in their cart.

 

"This address is not supported please select another"

 

My shipping profile says

"All items, United states (11 properties)"

 

Weve shipped about 15 orders now with no issues and then someone reached out to tell us about this problem. I cant figure out whats causing it. Please Help!

Are you still seeing this issue? I went ahead and inputted a few different addresses and it did not give me any error messages. 

 

Do you know if the customer is ordering using an apartment or complex address? Sometimes those can be tricky.

I appreciate you! I actually just figured it out I think. So somehow my shipping profile was set to "united states" but all the states were unchecked and only us territories were selected. But thank you so much. I hope you enjoyed perusing my site lol 😂

Your site is beautiful and well set up! It looked like all 50 states were checked when I looked, so you did the right thing checking those boxes!
