Fulfillment Method Glitch

Over the past two weeks I have had multiple customers order items for shipping when they meant to pickup. At first I thought it was user error, but it kept happening. 

 

I found that when I choose in-store pickup for the fulfillment method, add the item to my cart, then go to the cart, my fulfillment method has switched back to shipping. Some customers catch this, but many others don't. 

 

I presume it's a bug, and it's wreaking havoc on my inventory as shipping orders are fulfilled from a different location than pickup orders.

Sorry you are having this issue. 

 

We escalated to our Square Online Team and there is no known issue right now. 

 

Let's go ahead and contact Square Online  Team 1-855-700-6000 to look more into this. They are asking for specific examples for orders this has happened on.  Since we steer away from discussing account specific information on The Seller Community lets go ahead contact them. Also they can file a ticket if needed.
