I have both Pickup and Delivery enabled and saved under “Fulfillment” for my Square Online. Everytime I create a new item only pickup is saved and I have to manually toggle delivery. Why is this not saved as a default?
Hi @Ttreasures, if you go to Online > Items > Item Preferences, on the bottom of the page there will be a setting for "Default Item Fulfillment". It might be greyed out. Click on edit next to the title and you can then make changes. Selecting Pickup and Delivery and then saving will make it so those two things are selected when you create a new item.
As I finished typing this, I realized this question is from November. I hope this solves your issue if you haven't already figured it out.
