I’ve been uploading item photos since last week without issues. Suddenly, they look grainy and the quality is poor. Phots are clear and sharp (been doing online shop shots for years). Same camera, same settings. Same procedure for uploading. Can anyone address this issue? Thank you.

Are you uploading your pictures directly from the Square point of sale app? I've seen this issue pop up every now and then, but I haven't been able to figure out exactly what the problem is. It's not good that it does this, but without concrete steps for replicating the problem it's been a challenge for the dev team to fix it.
My workarounds I recommend:
-Email the picture to yourself then upload via the web dashboard
-Try using the Square Photo Studio app for your pictures. It links to your account so you can get the pictures uploaded from your phone.
