I would LOVE to switch my online business to Square. I have posted in a few other discussions, but want to consolidate the major items for me, here.
- One inventory, multiple "locations". Locations can mean a pick-up point or a delivery. When customers place an order, I want them to choose the location (which includes a pre-set date/time) to pick-up their order. I have only ONE inventory, so I can't split this between "locations" without either over- or under-selling.
- Subscriptions billed "EVERY 4 WEEKS". Monthly doesn't work for us because our cycle is a 4-week cycle. We would need customers to be able to sign-up for a 4-week Subscription and have the option of paying weekly (for 4 weeks), or the whole 4 weeks all at once (which gives them a discount).
- Reporting. I would need to get a download, each week, of the orders and subscriptions that were made that week to be fulfilled on a specific date and location.
- Option to pay COD.
That is about it! I'm super unhappy with my current system, but I can't switch to Square because the most important features for me don't exist.
