Is there an option for customers to only use coupon code for pickup fulfillment only?
@TiffanyNR Unfortunately not. Right now, coupons can only be restricted to specific items, specific categories or orders over a certain dollar amount.

Are you able to view if a coupon code was used on the Square POS side? For some reason, I am able only able to view on Weebly Square dashboard.
This is important as staff who use the POS need to verify if a coupon was used or not.

Coupons are only usable through your Square Online website (unlike discounts), unless you’ve created any single-use coupons through Square Marketing. Customers are able to redeem those through your website, as well as in person. Have you created any single-use coupons through Square Marketing?
Coupons were created to be used online. The issue I'm running into is if a customer makes a purchase online using the coupon code, chooses pickup as an option. Then my employee who completes the pickup order for the customer is unable to see coupon codes applied in their transaction on the POS. Coupon codes are only viewable on my Weebly Dashboard > Orders.

You mentioned that your staff members using the Point of Sale app need to be able to verify if a coupon has been used or not. If you are able to expand on why this is important for your business, gaining a better understanding of your in-store checkout process would help me better point to a solution or next steps here.

Sure! Since the coupon feature for the online store is not as extensive as dashboard discounts (bogo, categories, etc), we have created a work around for customers to enter a coupon code upon checkout to receive a special promotion- in which our employees processing orders can confirm the code to apply the promotion.
In addition, customers will have questions about coupon codes being applied to their order and in the event of an error/questions - my employees should be able to see any coupons applied to customer's transaction or any activity done on their transaction.
If coupons/rewards/discounts are applied to a transaction, it makes sense to show all activity on POS side to troubleshoot any issues- to equip businesses to consumers at front end.
Thanks for getting back to me here, @TiffanyNR! I can confirm that a coupon code used through your Square Online website will not appear on the Point of Sale transaction page - this would be considered a feature request at this time.
However, your customers can see any coupons applied to their transaction by looking at the order confirmation email they receive after placing an order. If they have any questions for your employees about coupon codes applied to their order, they would be able to reference their order confirmation email.
I'm still a little confused about exactly how your employees process orders and "confirm" the code to "apply" a promotion - are you able to elaborate on what this process looks like?
