We are a restaurant using Square online to accept online orders for pickup and delivery. It would be good if there was a way to not accept orders at all outside our business hours. Currently, a customer can place an order anytime, but if it's outside business hours, the delivery/pickup time is defaulted to the next opening day. This is confusing and has already happened once after only 5 days of using the system.

Thank you for bringing this topic up! One option some of our Sellers with Square Online use, is to toggle off the "Accept Online Orders" button in your checkout page. We understand that this is not the most ideal option since you will have to manually turn that option on and off. However, it will not allow customers to purchase items at all.
Hi - thanks for the reply. I am aware of that feature, but as any business owner would attest, it's best to keep it simple for the employees
