We have recently linked our Square shop to a Facebook Shop, and we have started receiving the following warning on Facebook:
"Don't lose access to shop features. At the end of May, older versions of shops like yours will start losing access to product tagging and other features. Upgrade your shop so that there's no interruption."
When clicking on "Upgrade Shop" we are sent to the Facebook Commerce Overview page, where we can only click on "Customise Shop".
This sends us to the Commerce "Shops" tab, and no shop is listed....
Before you ask, yes, our shop is active and currently accessible on FB, but can't be edited on the Shops tab as it doesn't appear...
Ideas?
