Error message received when trying to add inventory to Items Online

I have added an item to my Item Catalog, however the item catalog and Item Library are no longer syncing and when I try to add inventory to the Item Library for Square Online, i receive the following error message: This sku is currently unavailable at any of your locations. To change this, edit it in Square. 

 

Why can I no longer add inventory to my Square Online Items and why are my items from my Item Catalog not syncing with Square Online?

Hi there, folks - I wanted to drop in to confirm that there was a sync delay yesterday that was impacting items. The average time it typically takes for things to fully sync is less than an hour. Yesterday we were seeing 3-4 hour sync times, but with all sync matters we always advise a potential full 24-hour cycle. It should be expected that syncs can take a full 24 hours, although that is incredibly rare.

The weebly is not pulling the location or hours data correctly.

Sync between Square and Weebly is not working properly again since yesterday.

Items added on the online dashboard or the iOS Square and items sold on the iOS Square app are not syncing to Weebly.

I'm also seeing this with item sales or inventory changes made in the online dashboard not syncing to the weebly online store. Looks like it started around 6 PM yesterday. Has anyone heard from Square/Weebly support?

Hi, this has been frustrating, in my experience, the track inventory does that when the site is super busy.  Wait a few minutes or move on to something else and come back, it'll process for you.

Thanks for the reply.  I waited till this morning to try to add an item/inventory to my Square Online site and I am still receiving the same error message.  It even say that I need to update the item in Square, so when I click the link it says the page cannot be found.  I don’t use SKU numbers, so just curious if others are having an issue or if the system was updated and now I need to change the settings.

Hi, I do use my own SKU numbers, maybe try adding some SKUs.  Mine are just as simple as manufacturer or brand initials, month day inventory was added with size and/or color.

Creating new items to sell online (we are a coffeeshop/cafe) - items will not sync with Weebly online. If we try to create in Weebly, it will not let us put in inventory.

I'm trying to add items to our online store, but when I attempt to change the stock quantity, I receive this error message: "This sku is currently unavailable at any of your locations. To change this, edit it in Square." 

 

The link provided in the error message leads to a 404 Page Not Found.

 

We're attempting to liquidate our inventory and this is proving to be a very annoying hindrance!

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

 

Can you try adjusting the stock from the Item Library rather than the Items section of the Online Store?

i am having the same issues. My Square is not pulling up online store and online store are not pulling up square items. I have tried everything suggested in these post to no avail from changing the square sync settings to trying to load the item in my square item library.
