Just a quick question for you, are your employees signing in?
As long as they are, and have designated permission sets assigned to them so hey have Point of Sale access, their names should be appearing on receipts.
Something to keep in mind as well, the app itself as well as the device you are using point of sale on, should be up to date in order to ensure seamless functionality.
