Embedded code sections not showing

We have a couple of embedded forms that have worked from years ago and yesterday night both forms stopped working. They just disappeared. If we go to the the site embedding code sections nothing shows up while editing the site nor in the published site. We tried to create the section again but nothing. We also verified the code with the 3rd party provider and it's the same, nothing has changed there. So, something is broken in the Square website in relation to embedding codes. How can we fix it? or can someone there fix it?

I am sorry to hear that this happened, that is rather odd. Before I look into this further, I had a couple questions:

• When you try to create the section again, is it just not uploading anything successfully?
• Are you receiving any error messages?
• As well as, is it just the forms you are having issues with, or are there any videos/other embedded content you are having issues with?

I am sure you are already aware, but here are some steps to embed external content to your site, just to double-check the process: 

1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Online.

2. Select Website > Edit site.

3. Open the page you want to add embeddable code to.

4. Select +Add > Section and select the Embed code section.

5. In the editing panel, select Embed code and paste your code into the text box.

6. Publish your site to see the changes live.
