I am having issues with email marketing. The campaign does not connect or recognize the email subscribers in the pop-ups section. I uploaded the email addresses as a .csv file and imported it as my audience with no luck. Square sent the newsletter to one subscriber and not the 100+ other email addresses. Is there a way to verify that the newsletter/email campaign is sending to the imported pop-up subscribers list?

once you download the .csv file, there is a column for "subscribed" and usually it is either a "yes" or a "no"
It should be yes for all contacts for them to be able to receive your emails
Thank you very much for the information Wajiha. Unfortunately since the customers only provided their names and email addresses but did not click the box consenting to receiving emails/newsletters/offers it looks like I am back to square one. No pun intended 🙂
