Editing Orders

We really need the ability to edit orders in Order Manager. We receive a lot of orders, many with 20+ meals that are for future dates, and we have times we customers call to change the order and we're not able to modify those orders. Having the ability to modify orders in Order Manager would make it so much easier to support our customers.

This seems like very basic functionality.  I just started selling with square, and I am super disappointed this is not a feature yet.

I agree, the ability to edit an order after placed seems like such basic functionality that I am shocked it is not already a feature offered on the platform. We use the platform for apparel sales and fundraisers, both of which lend themselves to customer input errors (wrong size, etc.) and it would be nice to be able to edit their order vs. canceling and re-submitting. Many customers would not want to mess with that added inconvenience.

Gosh, I really did not realize you cant modify an order until I had to today.   Absolutely ridiculous.  Should be able to add to an order, subtract from an order.  There's also the time you need to substitute.   And also price override.    Basic things in a business from the beginning of time.  Last thing a customer wants to hear is ill cancel it and you need to do a re order.  OH MY!

We have had customers place an order, we go to fulfill it, and we are actually out of stock. (Need to manage our inventory better I suppose). We call the customer and they modify their order. Being able to do the order modification in Order Manager would be great.

As a bakery, this would be a wonderful feature and something that is practically required as a business. It's one that I'm pretty sure is available on Shopify. Please add this as soon as possible!

Yes, need this. Super critical. I have to track any changes in a separate g-sheets document. It's a logistical nightmare when you have 200 orders to process with various changes required along the way.
