Duplicate categories showing on live site

Hi there -

I have duplicate categories showing on my live site:  nookliving.net.  One set has all my products underneath and the duplicate has no products found in them.

I have tried the fix here, but it shows NO duplicates when I do this:  Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, Page: Home down arrow, Shop All, Item List, Category Links, Arrange & Add Category Links, hover over the duplicate which will display the little trash can to delete the category.

When I look under the category list from main dashboard (Items + Services -- Items -- Categories), the duplicates don't exist, there is just one set of categories- it's only showing on the live site.

Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks so much!
