Early last year on a phone call with tech support, I was told that it was important to be timely about marking orders Picked Up (or Completed) because it factors into prep times. In other words, if we were to fail to mark several orders as Completed then our allotment of 8 orders per 15 minutes would be impacted, pushing out pick up times further and further.
Is this still true??

Yes, this is accurate. If you were to neglect the Completed status on your orders, this would affect your set order allotment and time. You can learn more about each of your options for Online Ordering and prep time here.
