It is asking me to enter the Device Code every time I open the App. Is there a way to save this code or change this code so that you don’t need to open the Dashboard or create a new one each time? If you don,t create a new one you can’t copy and paste the one you created the last time.
@jjgard is right! You can turn off device codes.
You can deactivate your device code from Devices in your online Square Dashboard. To do so:
Click the device to reset or deactivate.
Click Reset Device Login or Deactivate and confirm your request.
If you reset, you’ll be given a new device code.
For basic device code troubleshooting, update your device’s software and update the Square app.

You should NOT have to enter the Device Code every time you open the app. I'd recommend submitting a support ticket to Square Support.

I have one or two iPads that seem to need a device code re-entered daily. Is there something I can do to prevent that? The other two never have asked again.
