Dispute square’s decision

I don’t know how this works. I only know I fulfilled my contract and the other party is taking her payment back and Square is letting them!! Now Square is taking the money AGAIN so I have to PAY  to do the job in the contract I was supposed to be paid for!!!! This is JUST WRONG!!!!
