Digital Receipts Update Error - Pickup Instruction Text

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone else is encountering this error in Square Online orders. I know they just updated to all Digital Receipts to being the same format.  I have this section called "Pickup Instructions" in my emails that is not something I created and must be taken from an old section in the system created by the person in my position (boosters program) before all the dashboard/online updates were done.   I have been on help chats and calls and no one can remove or edit this section from my customers' order emails yet! It is confusing, incorrect and outdated. I need it removed or edited for my customers!

 

I have already edited the Instructions text in the Fullfillment section and in the Custom Text section for Digital Receipts. The custom text and return policy text DP appear at the BOTTOM of my receipts. It's this section under Pickup Address that I cannot remove or edit. There is not a location showing this current text anywhere in Dashboard.  Updating the text in Fulfillment for pickups isn't changing it. 

 

If you have encountered this, please HELP or share how you got it fixed. I ran out of time on my call due to my schedule but was on that call and prior chats for over an hour waiting!  They obviously can't find the error yet. Here is a screenshot of the section I cannot edit, nor get removed.....

I just noticed the same issue with our confirmation e-mails today. Were you able to get this resolved?

 

The digital receipts are showing old pickup instructions from a couple of years ago. If I click on the check order status, the status page pulls up the correct pickup instructions.

Same EXACT issue.  I haven't gotten it resolved yet because I fear I need a good window of time again to get it fixed. It's obviously a glitch that they can't see/figure out on their end. If you end up calling in, send word if it gets resolved for you!!

I messaged Square Support last week after I posted here. They are looking into it, but I don't have a resolution yet.

Hello,

 

I called in to Square and was told there is no way to edit or change the Order Confirmed message that customers see on their receipts. I was told that we can put clarifying details in the Pickup Instructions near the bottom of the receipt. 

 

The Order Confirmed message that has been selected for us is:

Thank you for your purchase! Your order will be ready for pick-up soon! Call us or reply to this email if you have any questions.

Does your email receipt say "Pickup Instructions" under the location/map like my photo above? I already have pickup instructions at the bottom. That part is fine.  As you can see above, ours is not generic and it is confusing with the 24hour portion. That was NEVER input by our organization and don't know where it came from. It's just a section that needs to be DELETED - especially since we have pickup instructions at the bottom.  They also don't shoe it in the Email format page that shows what the emails should look like. It is an ERROR/PROBLEM that they must fix!
