Since just last week, some of our descriptions are being erased from our online items. This means all of the information we had typed out there is just gone! We can't get it back. This also means our customers cannot see any information about the product and it makes us look bad. It is happening to random products and we have over 1000 products, so this is a bit of a nightmare.
Checked with another business, and they are having the same issue. HELP.
Did your Square Lib. have the same description as Square Online?
Square started to automatically sync descriptions.
"Item description sync will be automatically enabled on 1/9/2024. To specify the source of your item descriptions, please enable sync before this date. Go to Item sync settings".
