We're a florist that primarily delivers and the "standard" delivery and gift options don't allow us to collect enough information. Is there any way of customizes the Item Page where the gift message and delivery address are requested OR customize the checkout page to additionally collect:
- Gift / Delivery Recipient Name
- Gift / Delivery Recipient Phone Number
This is a huge problem for us - we don't have a way of even knowing who we are delivering to, let alone who to write the gift card out to. It's very, very confusing for the recipient and we end up having to make phone calls for every order to find out the details. Could not be more inconvenient and doesn't look professional.
